- Blog setup beyond basic ($400 add-on)
- Copywriting ($300 add-on if needed)

- Ongoing maintenance (optional $99/month if wanted)
Time zones and communication
Florida is EST — my working hours overlap with your morning. Expect replies before 10 AM Miami / Orlando time on weekdays. WhatsApp is fastest for quick questions; email works for anything longer.

I won’t build free sites for adult content, gambling, crypto trading, MLM, or businesses I judge to be predatory. That’s the only filter.
